Construction & sales

Through our parent and subsidiary companies, construction & reconstruction of 3 buildings is currently underway. Preparations are ongoing for 4 other projects, with implementation expected to begin in the next 2-3 years.

Rental

We specialize exclusively in the rental of residential & commercial spaces that we own. These are mainly small apartments in Prague's Karlín, Old Town, & Břevnov.

We also offer rentals in the regions of Mladá Boleslav, Kutná Hora, & Beroun.

Property management

We work closely with several Homeowners' Associations, where we provide both property management as well as regular cleaning, repairs, & maintenance of green spaces.

Real estate activity

Although this activity was the company's original main focus, over time the company has shifted to a more active role in the market as both a buyer & seller, leveraging the experience gained from this activity. However, the company has not abandoned its brokerage services & remains active in this field, primarily offering these services to its existing clients & clients through referrals. 

Design & permitting activities

We offer land & property owners collaboration in the permitting process, designing the future use of the property, all the way to the issuance of the building permit, sale of the project with the permit, or participation in the project itself with subsequent unit sales.

We invest

We are constantly seeking new opportunities, primarily in the areas where we already operate, both for ourselves & for our investors. We are happy to evaluate offers & provide feedback, & we are open to collaborating with experienced industry specialists.  

We value cooperation 

From the very founding of the company, the law firm AK Prosser, led by Mgr. Martin Prosser & his team, has always been there for our clients & for us. 

Since the company's establishment in 2012, we have formed a partnership with the investment group Bozner s.r.o., led by Doron Friedman, the general manager of the Kajetánka project, with whom we later completed several projects. Currently, as Lapid Czech Republic s.r.o., we are working on several projects. 

Since 2015, the company has closely collaborated with Michael Šmíd, who, together with I&P realis s.r.o., has been a partner in Broadway Building s.r.o. since 2019. 

Since the realization of the Kutná Hora projects, we have established a very successful collaboration with the law firm AK Růžička & Knopp. Due to the growing activities in the Kutná Hora region, this cooperation continues to expand. 

Since 2020, the company has been collaborating with architect MgA. Michal Tichý from the 3P studio, who provides a solid foundation for creating new projects, both in terms of design &  subsequent consulting during the construction process.
