Current Development 

Area "Vatamina", Kutná Hora

This is a very attractive location within walking distance to the center of Kutná Hora. Currently, the construction & extension of the first phase of this project is underway, where a former 3-story building will be transformed into a 5-story building with a modern design, expected to be completed by 2025. Work on the subsequent phases of the project is currently in close collaboration with the City of Kutná Hora, which has already signed a cooperation agreement with us. The entire area is expected to feature approximately 80-100 apartments, on a plot of over 1 hectare.

Raisová Street Apartment Building, Tanvald

This project involves the reconstruction & extension of the former Czech Railways guesthouse. The project will feature a total of 15 apartments.

The ground floor of the extension will include a glazed lobby with a fitness center, while the second floor will house a sauna & a relaxation room. The project is located 100 meters from both the train & bus stations, & is close to the main road. Its hillside location also offers views of the surrounding nature.


Sokolská & Čáslavská Apartment Buildings, Kutná Hora

In August 2024, we received building permits for the construction of a residential building on Sokolská Street, consisting of 11 residential units.

The project is located 250 meters from the Kutná Hora město train station, making it a gateway to the city center. The city plans to develop a new bus terminal near the train station, as well as improvements to the surrounding streets.

For both projects, we have already signed a cooperation agreement with the City of Kutná Hora.


Terraced Houses, Lukavice, Rychnov nad Kněžnou District

We are currently finalizing the permitting process for the construction of 10 terraced family homes. These will be small-sized houses, ranging from 78m² to 108m² of floor space. The houses will come in four variations, two of which will be single-story buildings. The project is expected to be completed between 2025 & 2026.

Pension Český kras

The building dates back to the second half of the 19th century & is located in one of the most peaceful villages of the Český Kras region. The pension had a great tradition in the past, as it was the site where the filming of the movie Karlštejn was celebrated. Several films were actually shot at the pension itself.

The renovation is currently nearing completion, & the apartments are already being rented out for both short-term & long-term stays.

Land in Úholičky, Praha-West District

In 2022, we, along with a business partner, purchased construction plots that faced challenges in bringing electricity to the site due to unfavorable neighbor relations on the plots through which the power line was supposed to be routed.

Currently, all plots on the street have agreements with CEZ, & the completion of the road construction is planned, followed by the final inspection & handover to the municipality. We already have interested parties for both plots, & contracts are expected to be signed in the near future.


Completed & Realized Projects: 

Nádražní 631 & 637, Kutná Hora

The project was completed between 2019 and 2021 with the initial intention of retaining the rental apartments. A total of 6 new apartments were created, 6 original units were renovated, & 2 smaller commercial spaces were developed. However, between 2023 & 2024, most of the apartments were successfully sold. The company will retain only the commercial spaces. Construction of the Sokolská project will begin this year on the left side of house 637..



Anastasiya Apartments, Vítkova 1, Karlín, Prague



ČD Bělohorská 55, Prague 6

This property was purchased in 2021, & after two years of work on modifying the structure and operations of the existing building, it was sold in 2023 with a profit. However, we continue to lease the property and sublet the units through our subsidiary Wall Strong s.r.o. until the new owner announces the start of construction.

Sales Management of Apartments & Penthouses, Kajetánka Project, Prague 6

The Kajetánka project, which received numerous awards during its construction, is exceptional for its size & the adjacent park with a restaurant by the pond. All of this is located near Prague Castle & the city center. The company I&P realis s.r.o. was responsible for the complete sale of all apartments across the three phases of the project.



Sales Management of the Chateau Troja Residence Project in Prague's Troja District

From the initial purchase to the final approval of the project, I&P Realis s.r.o. was the exclusive seller & advisor in the development of internal layouts and apartment types for the project. The project is exceptional for its location, combining the original renovated buildings with modern architecture, while also providing underground parking for all the buildings.


Sales Management of the Orangerie Castle, Prague 6, Břevnov

As the final property developed within the former vineyard area owned by the Benedictine Sisters from Prague Castle, the sale of the beautiful & expansive Orangerie was managed. The Orangerie building & its adjacent garden were subsequently sensitively renovated & became the home of Keen Software House & GoodAI, led by Marek Rosa.
